Lukashenko is going to celebrate the Victory day in Minsk

The president of Belarus Alexandr Lukashenko desided not to attend the Victory parade in Moscow on May 9. He is going to celebrate the 70th Victory day in Minsk. This event is the analogue of Russian celebration. Dmitrii Peskov, the spokesperson of Russian president, commented the whole situation as absolutely understable because Belarus is known for the realy big celebrations of this important day. The final list of the leaders who will attend the Victory parade in Moscow will appear last days of April.
